Place the product in its original packaging whenever possible and tuck the authorization number inside the box.

Use the prepaid label we provide, or ship through any carrier of your choice to our returns center.

Receive your refund

Once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 -- 7 business days.

Good to know

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Sale items are considered final sale.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days may only qualify for store credit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Which items qualify for a return?

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare items can only be returned if defective.

How quickly will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 -- 7 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 3 -- 5 days to appear on your statement.

Can I exchange instead of returning?

Absolutely. Note your preferred replacement when you start the return, and we will ship it as soon as the original arrives back.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Reach out within 48 hours with a few photos and we will send a replacement right away -- no return needed.

Are gift purchases eligible?

Gift recipients may return items for store credit. The original buyer can request a refund to their payment method.

How do international returns work?

International customers cover return shipping. Refunds are issued minus the original shipping fee.
